Age is nothing but a number, so they say, but that hasn't always been the case in fashion. For years, models barely made it to their 20s before being cast aside.
But, thankfully, making a career last into your 30s, and way beyond, has increasingly become de rigueur . Perhaps luxury advertisers realised that modern women don't want to buy a £3,000 dress modelled by a child who has only just had her braces taken off.
