Gale regularly features on the Hamish and Andy radio show as a "guest caller", hosted by her partner Andy Lee and Hamish Blake. On Tuesday, 16 March 2010, Gale replaced Andy Lee for the day as he was in hospital having surgery to repair a facial injury which he suffered while playing ice hockey with Hamish. She has also featured as a guest co-host multiple times on the Saturday morning Fifi Box show.

Megan Gale is an Australian model and actress. Megan Gale also tried her hand at acting and appeared in the movies Vacanze di Natale and Stregata Dalla Luna (as Vivianna). She also won a cameo part in the 2005 movie Stealth where she played a role as Dr. Orbit's secretary. In January 2008, it was announced that she had been offered the part of Wonder Woman in the upcoming George Miller movie version of Justice League of America before the project was put on hold.Gale has recently completed filming a role in her first Australian feature film, a romantic comedy titled, "I Love You Too"
