Jakki became famous when she won the inaugural Max Power magazine babes competition. Following this she became a Page 3 model for The Sun, as well as posing topless and semi-nude for "lads" mags such as Front.More recently, Jakki has ceased to do topless modelling, instead remaining more covered up. However, Jakki returned to page 3 of the Sun in August 2006 after a 4 year absence. In October 2006 Jakki commented in a "Lad's mag" interview that she would consider posing for US Playboy, if she were to be made the cover girl and if "the money was right".
